Grammys 2016 Red Carpet Looks
Last night the 58th Annual Grammys took place with what I believe to be a lackluster event. From the moment Carry Underwood hit the red carpet to Rihanna not performing to the confusion of why Pittbull closed out the show, there was a list of things that I couldn't understand.Typically my highlight from the award season is the red carpet. On the carpet we commoners get a glimpse into high fashion and daring styles that push the fashion limit. Sadly I struggled with this year's Grammys. There was not one single look that had me screaming or jumping for joy. Look after underwhelming look graced the red carpet as I sat on the edge of my couch hoping the next person arriving would satisfy my craving. Sadly the show began and my hunger for a clear fashion winner was left unfed.
Black and white ruled the red carpet as if recording artist who were once brave and boisterous in their music now became a congregation of church mice. There were some who let color speak out, but not loud enough to grab my attention. Nevertheless, I had the chance to be on Let's Talk Live DC to give my view on winners and losers of the Grammys Red Carpet.
